Explorations V Children’s Museum, located at 109 North Kentucky Avenue in downtown Lakeland, will host Donuts for Dad on Thursday, June 7 at 10am prior to Thrilling Thursday, an interactive session focusing on early science and math, which begins at 10:30am.
Dads are invited to bring their children to the Thrilling Thursday program room prior to next week’s session, “Abacus” Waffles, focusing on patterns and counting. Both activities are included with museum admission, which is $7 per person. Senior citizens are $3.50 and military/teachers with ID are also $3.50. Museum members and children under two are free.

Beginning June 14, Summer Science sessions will be held at 1pm each Tuesday. June sessions include Chromatography,
Matter and Experimenting with Surface Tension. All Thrilling Thursday and Summer Science activities are included with admission, which is $7 per person. Senior Citizens age 65+ are $3.50.
